摘要
本文报告了自1988年12月至1994年12月采用手术治疗16例胸椎结核晚发截瘫严重后凸畸形患者。其中完全性截瘫严重后凸畸形7例，不完全性截瘫后凸畸形9例，均获得了尽早施行康复训练，改善功能及生活自理的疗效。
16 cases of vertebrae thoracales tuberculosis advanced paraplegia complicated with severe protruding deformities treated with operative therapy from Dec. 1988 to Dec.1994 has been repotred.There were 7 cases of complete paraplegia and 9 cases of incomplete paraplegia complicated with protruding deformities among them had been got a result of earlier rehabilitation,improvement of function and taking care of them selves.
