摘要
40例低智小儿病因中，产前因素占22．5％，主要由先天及／或遗传因素引起；围产期因素占30％，主要为窒息、早产所致；产后因素占22．5％，主要由颅脑外伤引起；原因不明者占25％，其中重度11例，多为器质性病变，脑损伤不易恢复，疗效差，轻度29例，多数确切病因不明，大多无严重脑损伤征候，有提高智能的潜力。
In the cause of 40 cases mental retardation children prenatal cause took 22. 5%. it mainly caused by congenital and (or) hereditary cause. Perinatal cause took 30%,it mainly caused by asphixia, Premature birth, Post parturition cause took 22. 5%,it mainly caused by skull-brain injury, No exact cause took 25%, Among this, 11 cases were heavy, most of them were organogenic changes. Skull - brain injury could not recuperate easiy,had bad result of treament 29 cases were light,most of them had no exact cause;had no sigh of skull-brain injury. Hed the potentiality of improve their mentality.
