摘要
本文简要说明了在恶劣环境下对８～１４μｍ窗口材料的性能要求，着重讨论了ＺｎＳ、硫镧钙（ＣＬＳ）、立方Ｌａ＿２Ｓ＿３、ＧａＰ和金刚石薄膜这几种窗口材料的制备和性能，并对它们的应用情况和发展前景作了评述。
In this review,after explaining the property requirements of window materials for 8一14μm infrared region under harsh environmental conditions,the fabrication and properties of the following materials:ZnS,calcium lanthanum sulphide(CLS),cubic La_2S_3,GaP and diamond thin films were discussed.Their application and development were remarked.
