Influence of Impurities on the Growth of Nanocrystalline SnO_2 Particles

本文研究了杂质对ＳｎＯ＿２纳米晶粒生长的影响。结果表明，掺入Ｌｉ＿２Ｏ有利于ＳｎＯ＿２晶粒的生长，ＮｉＯ对ＳｎＯ＿２晶粒的生长没有明显的影响，Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３、Ｃｒ＿２Ｏ＿３、ＺｒＯ＿２、Ｆｅ＿２Ｏ＿３在８００℃以下阻碍ＳｎＯ＿２晶粒的生长；在更高温度时，杂质相结晶，它们将不再阻碍ＳｎＯ＿２晶粒的生长。

The influence of impurities on the growth of nanocrystalline SnO_2 particles was studied.The results indicated that Li_2O helped the growth of SnO_2 particles;NiO has no significant influence;Al_2O_3、Cr_2O_3、ZrO_2、Fe_2O_3 hindered the growth of SnO_2 particles at temperature below 800 ℃,At higher temperature,the impurity phases crystallized,they no longer held back the growth of SnO_2 particles.
