摘要
本文报道了Ce∶Pr∶LiNbO_3晶体的生长。测试了晶体的指数增益系数、衍射效率、位相共轭反射率和响应时间。以Ce∶Pr∶LiNbO_3晶体作存储元件,实现全息关联存储,图象清晰完整。
The Ce∶Pr∶LiNbO_3 crystals were grown by Czochralski method in this paper.The exponential gain coefficient,diffraction efficincy,phase conjugate reflectivity and response time were measured.The optical associative memory was obtained in Ce∶Pr∶LiNbO_3 crystals which were used as a storing element.
