摘要
本文报道了用激光加热基座法生长钛宝石单晶光纤中,激光功率、熔区形状、拉速及直径比等因素对光纤质量的影响。系统地研究了绿光吸收系数对于生长气氛和源棒浓度的依赖关系。
The influences of the factors,such as laser power,melting zone shape, diamter ratio,pulling speed and so on,to Ti:sapphire fiber qualities in the fiber growth by laser-heated pedestal growth(LHPG)method are reported.Dependance of green absorption coefficients on growth atmosphere and source rod concentration has been symmetrically investigated.
