摘要
本文详细报道了Nb∶KTP的生长及其形态、缺陷等研究结果。采用不同方法生长了多种含铌组分的Nb∶KTP晶体,探索并确定了晶体倍频角与含Nb量关系的变化趋势,并在Nb∶KTP晶体中实现了90°非临界相位匹配。
The growth,morphology and defects of Nb doped KTP crystals have been reported in detail in this paper.Different Nb dopants KTP crystals have been grown with two growth methods. The tendency of the relationship between Nb dopant and SHG angle has been explored and determined. 90°non-critical phase matching was successfully realized in one of these Nb doped crystals.
