摘要 用全息相衬干涉显微术和激光衍射术研究了亚稳相DKDP晶体生长速率和边界层的质量输运过程,并与稳定相进行了比较。层内的质量输运过程是扩散和对流两种作用的耦合效应,层内浓度分布是位置的指数函数。亚稳相晶体(101)面生长活化能比稳定相低的多。在相同的条件下,其生长速率比稳定相快3~10倍。欲快速生长优质DKDP大晶体,应控制稳定的边界层内质量输运过程,并采用亚稳相生长方法。 Mass transport process within boundary layer of the metastable phase growth of DKDP crystal and its growth rate have been investigated by holographic phase-contrast interferometric microphotography and laser diffraction metering technique.The mass transport process within boundary layer is the coupled effect of diffusion and convection actions. The solute concentration distribution within the layer is an exponential function of the position.The activation energy of the metastable phase growth is more lower than that of the stable phase.The growth rate of the metastable phase on(101)face is about 3 to 10 times quicker than that of stable phase at same growth conditions.In order to grow fastly large DKDP crystal with high-quality, the stable process of the mass transport within the boundary layers should be controlled,and the metastable-phase growth method is suitable.
