摘要
从理论和实验两方面研究了YIG/GGG磁光波导中静磁前向体波(MSFVW)色散、辐射阻抗及输入阻抗特性。根据模式耦合理论,对静磁波-光波导中静磁波和导光波(GOW)相互作用问题作了分析研究。实现了静磁前向体波对导光波的调制。作用效率达到21%。为静磁波-集成光频谱分析仪(MSW-IOSA)等器件的研制奠定了基础。
he MSW (magnito static wave) dispersion and impendace in YIG/GGG magnito-optical waveguide were discussed with the theory and the experiment. Based on the couplemode theory, the MSW-optical interaction was analysed. The modulation of MSFVW (magneto-static forward volume wave)-GOW (guided optical wave) was realized and observedwith efficiency of 21%. The foundation of MSW-IOSA (integrated optic spectrum analyzer)research was constructed.
