摘要
从坐标变换理论应用于录象机走带系统的容差分析出发,建立了走带系统容差分析的通用数学模型,给出了能够反映导柱和磁带参数的一组坐标系。在这组坐标系中,推导了体现磁带与导柱关系的非线性方程组,讨论了这一方程组在容差分析中的意义。叙述了基于误差综合、坐标变换和上述方程组的容差分析算法,并对如何计算单导柱单误差的影响作了详细分析。最后给出了VHS录象机走带系统容差分析的结果。
his paper attempts to apply the coordinate transformation to the tolerance analysis of the VCR tape transport system. The general mathematical model which aims at thetolerance analysis is set up, and a set of coordinate systems are defined to present the parameters. A non-linear equation group is developed to describe the relation between the polesand the tape, and its importance is also discussed. After a brief review of the error theory,the paper provides the tolerance analysis algorithm which is based on the coordinate transformation, error synthesis and the equations stated before. The calculation of the influence ofsingle-pole-single-parameter is explained especially in detail. Eventually, two of the analyticresults of VHS VCR are discussed.
