摘要
本文对支气管肺泡灌洗术专题文献的高被引论文进行了时间排序相同被引聚类分析，较清晰地显示出该领域研究的历史与当前状态。认为高被引论文的时间排序分析与聚类分析是分析某一主题历史与现状的有效手段。
The author reports two kinds of citation analyses to Bronchial AIv eolar Lavage(BAL)documents.The highly cited papers in this field were arr ange d chronologically and analysed with the n1ethod of co-citation cluster,The history and current structure of BAL technique w ere presented clearly,So the author concluded that these two methods were powerful in mapping the structure of scientific field.
