Investigation and Analysis of Citizen' s Information Demand and Utilization

文章以城市居民为对象，用问卷方式对其信息需求行为进行全面调查。内容包括用户信息需求类型及其需求程度，用户选择情报源类型及其利用程度，用户查找各类信息的途径及其困难等。讨论了这些需求行为所反映出的信息服务中的问题和机遇。

Taking the citizen as an object of study,this paper makes an overall investigation on their information demand by means of inquiry form。The content includes the type of user' s information needs and its degree of urgency,the infor-mation sources selected by users and its use,the channels through which the users search for various information and its difficulties.As a result of investigation and analysis, the authors discuss the problems and opportunities existed in present information service。
