用文献计量学方法评估我国专利技术的国际化进展

Evaluation of the Development ln Internationalization of China' s Patent Technology by the Bibliometrlcal Method

本文采用文献计量学方法，即在统计《ＷＰＩ》，《ＳＣＩ》和《ＣＡ》中收录的中国专利申请文献数量这一计量元素的基础上，经过分析和逻辑推理来评估我国专利技术国际化进展的状况。其结论认为，无论是我国专利技术走出国门，还是外国专利技术向我国转移，从数量上看我国都已迈入了世界专利大国的行列，并且正处在“朝阳”时期，但是就专利技术质量水平而言，比起专利技术先进国家，我国尚存有相当大的差距，还需奋力追赶。

The development in internationalization of China' s patent technology is evaluated in this article through analysis and logical reasoning based on the amount of China' s patent application documents─a metrical element counted from WPI,SCI and CA,The result st1ggests that,in terms of quantity of both domestic patent technology going abroad and foreign patent tecbnology transfering inward, China has stepped into the line of world large countries of patent,and is on her upward way。But as far as the quality of patent tecknology is concerned,we still bas a long way to go before we catch up with other advanced countries of patent technology。
