摘要 研究了不同浓度NaCl对盐生植物碱蓬和非盐生植物大麦幼苗离子含量、甜菜碱水平和甜菜碱醛脱氢酶活性的效应,实验结果表明,不同浓度NaCl处理96h的碱蓬和大麦地上部K ̄+含量均低于对照,Na ̄+含量高于对照,且碱蓬明显高于大麦;甜菜碱含量和甜菜碱醛脱氢酶活性随外界盐度加大而升高,二者数值均大于大麦,说明甜菜碱作为无毒渗透剂在细胞中进行渗透调节,其合成积累与甜菜碱醛脱氢酶活性有关。 The changes of ion contents betaine levels and betaine-aldehyde dehydroge-nase(BADH)activity in seedlings of halophytes-seepweed(Suaeda salsa)and nonhalo-phytes-barley(Hordeum vulgare)under different NaCl were comparatively studied. The re-sults of experiments suggested that the contents of K in seepweed and barley grown in NaClfor 96h decreased with increasing external salinity compared with controls, while the Na lev-els increased substantially and Na contents of seepweed were higher than barley. The betainelevels and the BADH activity of seepweed and barley shoots arosed with increasing externalNaCl concentrations and the amounts of these in seepweed were higher than barley.
