摘要
不同浓度的NaCl对杜氏盐藻的生长有显著影响,在室内温度25±2℃,光照7000Lux的培养条件下,盐藻生长的最适盐度为14%,低盐有利于可溶性糖的积累,而可溶性蛋白质的含量以及过氧化物酶的活性以18%为最高,盐藻体内脯氨酸含量积累不随外界盐度增大而增大,说明盐藻细胞内的渗透调节物质不是脯氨酸。
Different concentration of NaCl obviously influenced on the growth ofDunaliella Saline. The most suitable salt concentration of Dunaliella Saline growth is 1 4%NaCl at 25±2℃ and 7000Lux indoor,lower concentration woum be favourable for accu-mulation of dissoluble sugar.The content of dissoluble protein and the activety of peroxidaseare highest at 18%NaCl. The accumulation of proline in Dunaliella Saline did not increasedwith the increasing of NaCl.It shows that the osmotic regulater of the cell of DunaliellaSaline isn' t the proline.
