摘要
本文在加压热天平上对云南先锋褐煤的加氢热解及Mo5_2为催化剂的催化加氢热解进行了研究,并与比利时烟煤的结果作了比较。研究结果表明:1.褐煤加氢反应起始温度低,加氢热解的转化率和焦油收率高,表明褐煤容易进行加氢反应而且加氢产物易挥发;2.在氢气气氛下,煤中羧基和酚羟基分解为CO_2和CO的反应被明显抑止,导致温度900K以前,褐煤加氢热解气体产率低于惰性气氛下的热解;3.随压力和Mo载量的提高,催化加氢热解转化率略有增加,说明催化剂对褐煤加氢热解的影响远小于对烟煤的影响,此外,与烟煤不同,随煤粒度的增大,褐煤加氢热解的转化率略有降低。
Catalytic and non-catalytic hydropyrolysis(HyPy)of a Chinese Xianfeng lig-nite was studied under 0.1~5MPa with Mo loading ranging from 0.05 to 0.5%and in apressure thermobalance. The resuIts were compared with those obtained from a Belgian bitu-minous coal. Higher conversion and tar yield and lower termperature for tar evolution inHyPy of the lignite show that hydrogenation occur earlier and the hydrogenation products arehighly volatile.The form ation of CO and CO_2 is makedly suppressed under H_2. The conver-sion increases slightly with increasing pressure and Mo loading, which indicat that the pres-ence of MoS_2 catalyst is less effective in HyPy of the lignite. Unlike bituminous coal,and in-crease in coal particle size slightly decreases conversion because of the non-agglomerationproperty of the lignite.
