摘要
介绍了以煤为原料,煤焦油为粘结剂,经成型、炭化等步骤制成空分用碳分子筛。研究了煤种、加工条件及不同预处理方法对碳分子筛空分性能的影响,考察了碳分子筛空分性能与甲醇吸附率之间的关系。
This paper describes the fabrication of the carbon molecular sieve for air analysis by means of the forming and carbonization steps in which coal is used as the raw material and coal tar as the binder. The influence of coal kinds, processing conditions and different pre-treatment methods on the performance of air analysis of the carbon molecular sieve has been studied,the relationship between the performance of air analysis of the carbon molecular sieve and the adsorption rate of methanol has been investigated.
