对欧美各国焦炉环保法规的思考与借鉴

Thinking and Drawing Experience from Law and Regulation on Environmental Protection for Coke Ovens in European and American Countries

分析了焦炉的各种污染源。论述了以德国和美国为代表的欧美国家焦炉法规的主要内容及技术思想。建议我国的焦炉环保标准在借鉴发达国家经验的基础上制定。

The various pollution sources of coke ovens are analyzed. The main con tents and technical philosophy of the law and regulation on environmental protection for coke ovens in European and American countries represented by Germany and the United States are described and discussed. It is suggested that the enviromental protection standards for coke ovens in China should be made on the basis of drawing expericnces from those adopted by developed countries.
