Desalting Test for Crude Quinoline

查清了粗喹啉蒸馏釜严重结垢的主要原因是未分离除净的硫酸盐水溶液,经高速离心分离试验得出,硫酸盐主要存在于喹啉的游离水中,指出用水洗法可除去粗喹啉中的灼烧残渣,以减轻蒸馏釜的结垢。

It is found out the main reason for serious scale formation in the quinoline still is the incomplete separation of sulphate water solution.It is obtained from a high speed centrifugal separation test that sulphate exists mainly in the free water of quinoline.It is pointed out that residual sludge in the crude quinoline can be removed with water scrubbing process to reduce the scale formation in the still.
