摘要
根据目前燃烧器的应用情况,本文提出了一个新观点,让煤粉在有限空间内预热而不是预燃,能使煤粉火焰稳定又不会引起结焦。根据这个思想设计的稳燃腔燃烧器,冷热态模化试验表明,无论是速度分布,粒子浓度分布,还是温度分布,都有利于煤粉的预热,避免结焦,工业应用结果表明,锅炉可以在40~60%的低负荷下脱油燃烧,火焰稳定,节煤、节油的经济效果相当明显,创造年经济效益500~1000万元。
According to applied condition of pulverized coal burnner,the paper submits a new idea that the pulverized coal is preheated in finite space and is not preburnt so that the pulverized coal flame is stabilized but not slagged.In accordance with the idea the burnner with flame holder is designed.The cold and hot modelling tests show that not only the velocity distribution,particle concentration distribution,but also temperature distribution,are favourable for the preheating of pulverized coal and slag is avoided.The results of practical application show that the flame in furnace can be no-oil stabilized with lower load of 40~60% marked capacity.Coal and oil are saved.Its economic efficiency is very obvious and reaches 5~10 million yuan per year.
