四角切圆炉膛等温流场的数值模拟

摘要 本文介绍了一个采用湍流双方程模型用于模拟四角切圆炉内等温流场的计算程序,并将计算结果和实验结果作了详细比较,其效果是十分令人满意的,足以满足工程要求。 A three-dimensional mathematical model to simulate the isothermal flow of a tangential fired furnace is presented here. This model simulates the gas flow by k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLER method. The predictions are obtained in a lab-scale tangential fired furnace and a great amount of results are compared with the experimental data. The agreement is considerably satisfactory. This proves that this model may be used to serve the engineering.
