摘要
本文针对内燃机缸内燃油喷雾与空气混合过程建立了气体湍流流动和燃油喷雾混合的数学模型,采用了发展的ALE(ArbitraryLagrangian-Euler)法和MontoCarlo数值方法,开发了求解缸内工作过程三维流场的大型通用微机化软件包──GFFSM。该软件包具有适用范围广、通用性好、几何适应性强和计算效率高的特点。应用结果表明,GFFSM软件包具有工程实用性和较好的预测精度。
he improved mathematical model for the turbulent flow and the fuel spray mixing is established to aim at in-cylinder fuel-air mixing process of I. C. E. The ALE (Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eu-ler) method and Monto Carlo method are used. A general microcomputerized software package for resolving 3D-flow of in-cylinder work process──GFFSM has been developed. The software package has a wide applicable range, good generality, strong geometrical adaptability and high calculation efficiency. The applied results show that GFFSM has certain practicability and predicative precision.
