Study for synthesis of (2-methoxy-5-amino phenyl)-β-hydroxyethyl sulfone

本文以对氨基苯甲醚为原料．经酰化、氯磺化、还原、缩合、水解等反应，制取了２－甲氧基－５－氨基苯－β－羟乙基砜，总收率６７．４％。

In this paper,the synthesis of(2-methoxy-5-aminophenyl)-β-hydroxyethyl sulfone from p-ani-sidine is studied through the reactions of acetylating,chlorosulfonating,reducing.hydroxyethylating and hydrolysis,total yield is 67.4% .
