摘要
本文采用氢氧化锂作碱剂，以空气氧化对硝基甲苯邻磺酸制备了４，４’－二硝基二苯乙烯－２，２’－双磺酸，产品纯度＞９９％，收率８６．５％，并分别用薄层色谱和紫外光谱对产品进行了定性和定量分析。
A study of synthesizing DNS acid through air oxidation of p-nitrotoluene-o-sulfonic acid using lithium hydroxide as alkaline reagent is presented, the purity of DNS is above 99%,the yield is about 86. 5%, and using TLC and UV spectroscopy for qualitative and quantitative analysis respectively.
