本文是以对氨基苯磺酸为起始原料，经过乙酰化、硝化、水解三步制备４－氨基－３－硝基苯磺酸。每步的转化率均在９６％以上。

This report gives the synthetic method of 4-amino-3-nitro benzenesulfonic acid from p-amino benzenesulfonic acid as raw material through acetylization, nitration and hydrolyzation. The conversion ratio is above 96% in every step.
