动态规划法在大型泵站拍门最优设计中的应用

摘要 本文应用动态规划法,研究了大型泵站拍门所带来的水头损失及撞击力过大的课题,并以撞击力最小为目标函数。文中通过对拍门运动的系统分析,建立了带有约束条件和目标函数的数学模型。提出了寻求此序列结构优化下落过程的原则和方法,并编制出相应的电算程序。它可使拍门在不增大水头损失的前提下,撞击力减小50%~75%。文中结合天津南围堤河泵站拍门的计算与水工模型试验的结果,表明这一方法为解决大型泵站拍门撞击力的课题,提供一种新型的途径。 With the aid of dynamic programming, this paper tries to solve the problems of water head loss and ex- cessive impact force caused by the flap valve in a large pump station. Minimization of the impact force is regarded as the objective function.Based on a systematic analysis of the movement of the flap valve,a mathematical model with constraint conditions and objective functions is established. Besides, the principle and method are proposed in or der to obtain a optimal falling process of the sequential structure, and the corresponding electronic calculation program is composed.By the way, the impact force of the flap valve is reduced 50% to 75%, while the water head loss remains unchanged. The pratice in the design of the flap valve for the Tianjin South Weidi River Pump Station and results of hydraulic model test show that this method provides a new approach for solving the problem of flap valve impact force for a large pump station.
