本文介绍了反相离子对色谱的保留机理、色谱分析的影响因素、应用中遇到的问题和在染料及其中间体分析中的应用实例。
In this paper, the retention mechanism and effecting factors of RP-IPC, problems met in application and appropriate examples in analyses of dyes and their intermediates were introduced.
