Process for Production of o Cresotic Acid with Solvent Method

摘要 本文主要介绍溶剂法生产邻甲基水杨酸工艺,对影响碳酸化反应的几个因素进行了探讨和总结。目前生产达到的水平:以消耗邻甲酚计产品收率为88%,产品纯度99%,熔程164~165℃。 Process for production of o-cresotic acid with solvent method has been given in this paper. Some effect factors for Kolbe-Schmitt reaction have been discussed. In this process, the yield was up to 88% and as to the product, the purity was 99% with melting range 164℃~165℃.
