摘要
在ＤＳＤ酸合成中，对氧化缩合工序采用非水介质法－溶剂法，可将氧化缩合收率由７３％提高至９２％以上，解决了该工序的废水问题。采用改进后的工艺，最终还原产品含量可达９６％以上。
in the manufacfure of DSD acid solvent method was used in oxidation-condensation process. The yield of this process could be rised to above 92% from 73% and the problem of waste-water could be solved. The purity of DSD acid was above 96% with this method.
