摘要
荧光是一种紫外或短波可见光激发的光致发光现象。荧光光谱与有机化合物的结构存在着复杂的关系,本文讨论了荧光发色理论,同时讨论了环境条件,如温度、pH、溶剂对荧光光谱的影响。
Fluorescence is a kind of photo luminescence which excited by ultroviolet or short wavelength visible light. There is very complex relationship between fluorescent spectra and structure of organic compounds. In the paper, The emition theory of fluorescence is discussed,at the same time,influence of surrounding conditions such as temperature, PH, and solvent for fluorescent spectra are touched upon.
