摘要
射流曝气活性污泥法,已在城市和工业污水的好氧生物处理中得到了应用,它具有充氧动力效率(kgO_2/kw·h)和氧利用率较高和曝气时间较短的优点。本文以充氧动力为目标参数,采用相似理论和因次分析法,推导出了反映射流器传质效率及影响因素的特征参数,并进行了相应的实验研究。在分析国外文献的基础上研制出了具有转向锥体结构的新型射流器,证实它在相同的反应器条件下比两种传统的射流器具有较高的传质效率。
The activated sludge process with jet aeration has been utilized for treatment of both domestic and industrial wastewater. It has the advantage of higher oxyen-transfer coefficiency E(in kg O2/kWh) and utilization. With E as a target parameter, several dimensionless numbers which can be used to describe the mass-transfer characteristic, have been derived and experimentally studied in this article. A new kind of ejector with deflecting element has been developed and it shows higher mass-transfer efficiency compared with two traditional ejectors under equal experimental conditions.
