摘要
本文利用折光率控制预聚反应凝胶点,制取DAIP(间苯二甲酸二烯丙酯)预聚液,并根据凝胶时间、折光率研究DAIP单体预聚反应动力学。根据DSC固化曲线求出预聚液固化温度参数和固化活化能,研究了温度、时间对预聚液固化程度的影响,确定了阶梯升温固化工艺条件。由红外光谱图分析DAIP单体、预聚液和固化后浇铸体的官能团的变化。
The reaction kinetics of prepolymerization of diallyl isophthalate (DAIP) was studied through the gelation time and the refraction index respectively. The curing conditions for the prepolymer were determined through the studies on the temperature parameters and activation energy of the cure of the prepolymer.
