在熔融硼砂盐浴中，添加适量的中性盐，可改善８５０℃左右硼砂盐浴的流动性，使渗钒温度从通常的９５０℃左右降至８５０℃左右．这样可以减少高温长时间渗钒加热造成的组织过热，同时也有利于工件的清理。

By adding amount neutral salt in a melting borax salt bath,the flowability Of borax can be improved at 850℃, and the vanadizing temperature lowered from 950℃ to 850℃, thereby decreasing the structure superheat caused by long-time vanadizing heating at high temperature and benefiting the workpiece cleanings.
