摘要
采用树脂砂高温性能试验仪研究了紧实密度和原砂擦洗处理对SO2吹气冷硬呋喃树脂砂高温力学性能的影响规律.结果表明:随着紧实密度的增大,常温强度和高温强度、抗热变形性和抗热开裂性均提高,但过大时抗热开裂性反而降低;原砂擦洗后,虽常温强度明显提高,但热膨胀率也增大,高温强度和抗热变形性及抗热开裂性降低。通过实验和非线性回归计算得到了抗热开裂时间与紧实密度的二次方程关系。
The effect of compactibility and wet rubbing treatment of silica sand on mechanical property of cold setting SO2 -furan resin sand is investigated by the high- temperature characteristics tester. The results show that the strength and thermal stability of resin sand general raise with tile increasing of compactibility, but thermal stability drops when the compactibility is too high, and that by the wet rubbing treatment against raw sandthe common temperature strength pormimewtly increases, but thermal expansibiaty also increases. high temperatue strength and thermalstability discreas. The ralationship between anti-hot-fracture time and compactibility is obtained by means of experiment and no-linear calculation.
