摘要
实验观察发现,铸造SiC/钢基复合材料中SiC粒子大多数均分布在珠光体晶内,而分布在铁素体晶内的较少,分布在晶界上的粒子更少,由此推断出在钢液凝固时绝大多数SiC粒子被奥氏体裹在了晶内。本文对此情况还从理论上进行了探讨。
The phenomenon that major SiC particles in foundry SiC/steel composrite material distribute over in pearlites and ferrites and particles in pearlites are more than ones in ferrites is researched. As a result,it is supposed that major particls are wrapped in austenites when the melt begins with freezing. As well as,the paper analyses the phenomenon.
