摘要
研究了铸铁表面制备、热浸湿度和时间等因素对铸铁热浸渗铝的影响，获得了热浸温度和时间与浸渗层组织、铁的溶解深度及浸渗铝质量的关系，指出了适宜的表面制备方法．
The influence of surface pre paration, aluminum bath temperature and immersion time on aluminizingof cast iron has been studied. The relations of aluminum bath temperature and immersion time to structure of aluminizing layer, depth of dissolving iron and quality of aluminizing layer were acquired, and a suitable method of surfacepreparation was suggested.
