摘要
通过对不同温度铬钛共渗得到的化合物层进行成分分析和相结构分析,探讨了温度对化合物层成分和相结构的影响及其机理。研究表明,在900℃以上共渗,可获得钛碳和铬碳化合物的复合共渗化合物层。
The Cr-Ti coating compound layers obtained at different temperature are analyzed by electron mechacroprobe and X-ray diffraction analysis. The effect of temperature on the layer,structures,components and mechanism are discussed. The results show that the component compounds of TiC and Cr-C compounds can be formedabove 900C during Cr-Ti diffusion.
