SiCp/Al-4%Mg复合材料铸件中颗粒分布的计算机模拟

摘要 提出以基体晶粒与颗粒直径之比作为颗粒增强金属基复合材料中颗粒分布均匀性的定量描述方法,以此为依据模拟了SiCg/Al-4%Mg复合材料铸件中的颗粒分布,结果表明:颗粒分布的均匀性随冷却速度、颗粒直径的增大而提高。试验结果与模拟结果吻合良好. Aquantitative method using diameter ratio of matrix grain to particle was proposed to describe the uniformity of particle distribution in particulates reinforced metal matrix composites. Particle distribution in SiCp/AI 4%Mg composite casting was simulated according to the diameter ratio. Results showed that the uniformity of particledistribution was increased with the increasement of cooling rate and particle diameter. These results were in good accordance with experimental results.
