摘要
于270~370℃对常规铸造和搅动铸造的Zn—20%Al合金的挤压加工特性进行了试验对比.结果表明,采用搅动铸造制得的坯料进行挤压时,挤压抗力较低,挤压品质量完好;而常规铸造坯料的挤压抗力较高,且在低于共析温度时,挤压品内部产生开裂。因此,搅动铸造锭在后继的加工过程中有其优越性。
The extrusion behaviour of Zn-20%Al was studied on both conventional cast alloy and stir cast alloy.The test temperature ranged from 270℃ to 370℃ which is just below the eutectic temperature.The results show that the stir cast alloy can he extruded under lower extrusion forces giving perfect rods.Whereas the conventional cast alloy required larger forces and its extrusion products cracked easily when the test temperature was below the eutectold.These experiments illustrate the advantages of alloy from stir cast in forming operations.
