磁化处理对钢按触疲劳性能的影响

The Effect or Magnetization Treating on the Contact Fatigue Characteristic of 45 Steel

采用对比试验方法，试验研究了磁化与未磁化处理的４５钢轧态及调质＋高频感应加热淬火态试样的接触疲劳性能．结果表明，经磁化处理者的接触疲劳性能分别比未经磁化处理者的提高１．１９６～４．８８１倍和２．０１９～５．１３８倍．

Using the method of contrast experiment,the cortact fatigue characteristic of 45 steel treated by magnetization and no treated by magnetizatien in the state of rolled and queched tempered+high frequency induction heated and then queched were studied. The results show that the contcect fatigue characteristic of the steel treated by magnetization is carger 1. 196～4. 881 time and 2. 019～5. 138 time than that of the steel no treated by magnetization.
