台阶截面环件轧制缺陷和对策

Rolling Defects and Countermeasures for Ring with Stepped Cross Section

分析了两种典型台阶截面环件（法兰和阶梯孔环件）的轧制变形特点．以此为基础阐明了台阶截面环件轧制缺陷形成机制，提出了防止轧制缺陷的对策和方法．

The deformation characteristics of two typical rings-flange and ring with stepped hole in rolling are analysed,the rolling defects for ring with stepped cross section are explained based on the two typical rings .and the countermeasures preventing the rolling defects are pointed out.
