奥氏体氮碳共渗层中的Fe-N-C贝氏体 被引量:10

摘要 45钢通氨滴醇奥氏体氮碳共渗油冷后.经250℃×4h回火时效获得了硬化效果最好的Fe—N—C贝氏体.根据Fe—N—C三元相图,配合X射线相分析,估算了Fe—N—C贝氏体的氮、碳含量,用透射电镜观察了Fe—N—C贝氏体的组织形态及亚结构,并对其硬度、耐磨性和脆性进行了测试. The best hardened Fe-N-C bainite was obtained as the gaseous austenitic nitrocarburized layer of steel 45 was oil quenchad and tempered at 250℃×4h. According to the result of X-ray diffraction analysis and FeN-C phase diagram,the nitrogen and carbon contents in the Fe-N-C bainite were reckoned.The morphology and second microstructure of the bainite were observed and the microhardness,wear resistence and brittleness were also determined.
