摘要
本文研究调峰机组主蒸汽管道在蠕变疲劳交互作用下的性能和损伤,以及加载持续时间对蠕变疲劳交互作用寿命的影响和加载速度对蠕变疲劳寿命的影响。研究的钢种有12CrMo、15CrMo、15CrMoV、10CrMo910。此研究为制定调峰机组在蠕变疲劳交互作用条件下的寿命判废标准和优化调峰机组启停方案,缩短启停时间,提供了可靠根据。
Based on extensive investigation and tactings, this paper presents a study Of the remainins lives of 12CrMo,15CrMo,15Cr1Mo1V and 10CrMo910 steam mains used in power plants with peak-loading, which were effeCted by creep-fatigueinteraction.Testings of creeplatteue interaction were conducted at hish temperatures and under controlled load conditionswith a dwell-time.Metullurgical examinations were carried out top to determine the extent of creep and fatigue demapeand the deterioration of microstructure. As a direct result of this study,more reasonable procedures of unit start-up andshut-down are propased and some failure criterions suasested.
