摘要 从发电厂锅炉省煤器管道高温冲蚀磨损的严重现实问题出发.针对性地研究厂镍基合金喷溶层的组织结构和性能特点.结果表明:镍基合金喷溶层具有复杂的组织结构,较高的硬度和结合强度.优良的抗氧化性,优越的抗高温冲蚀性能。非常适合于解决省煤器管道的高温冲蚀磨损问题。 In this peper the authors investigated on prupose structures and properties of the nickel based alloy aplay welding layers, considering the serious actual situation of high temperature erosion of the pipes of economizers of eoal-fired power station,It has bee shown that there are the comple structures. higher hardness and connecting strength,excellent oxldation resistance and high temperatute eroson reslstance on the layers.It is fairly suitable to deal with the high temperature erosion problem of the pipes theeconomizers.
