本文通过掺杂Ｂ＿２Ｏ＿３的对比合成实验，研究了Ｂ＿２Ｏ＿３对用Ｍｇ系催化剂合成ｃＢＮ的影响。通过高温高压实验研究了Ｂ＿２Ｏ＿３同Ｍｇ系催化剂在高温高压下的反应。

The Influences of B_2O_3 on the synthesis of cBN using Mg,Mg_3N_2,Mg_3B_2N_4 as catalysts have been investigated by comparing the experimental results adding B_2O_3with that adding no B_2O_3 in the starting material.The reactions of B_2O_3with Mg,Mg_3N_2,Mg_3B_2N_4 under high temperature and pressure have also been investigated.
