摘要 采用降温法生长出了TGS:Cr ̄(6+)单晶。测定了晶体结构、光谱特性和热释电性质。研究表明,该晶体存在高的内偏压场和光折变效应。 TGS:Cr ̄(6+)single crystals have been grown by the cooling temperature method.The dielectric and pyroelectric properties of TGS: Cr ̄(6+) crystals were measured.The pyroelectric figure of merit of this crystal is the same as pure TGS crystal.Higher internal bias field E_b of this crystal is found by measuring hysteresis loop.The transmission spectrum of TGS:Cr ̄(6+) crystal is different from pure TGS crystal in the visible region,The phase grating have been observed by four waves mixing diffraction experiment.
