摘要
分析对比了某些天然金刚石的Raman与红外光谱特征,并结合顺磁共振谱(EPR)数据,认为金刚石红外光谱中1100~1500cm ̄(-1)之间的所谓氮带区与氮杂质无直接关系,该谱区的吸收可能与金刚石中的结构水有关。
In this paper,some natural diamonds from Hunan Province were examined by means of Raman and IR and EPR. The results show that the region 1100-1500 cm ̄(-1) in IR what is called migrating nitrogen region have nothing to be with nitrogen. The absorption of the region of IR may be from the structure water[OH] in diamonds.
