N－（4－硝基苯基）－（L）—脯氨醇（NPP）的单晶生长与结构特征

Growth of N-(4-Nitrophenyl )-(L)-Prolinol Crystal and Its Structure Properties

本文报道了有机非线性光学晶体Ｎ－（４－硝基苯基）－（Ｌ）－脯氨醇（ＮＰＰ）在几种有机溶剂中的生长，在丙酮和四氢呋喃的溶剂中已分别生长出１２×１０×８ｍｍ￣３以上光学质量的单晶体。通过研究晶体的生长形貌和用原子力显微镜（ＡＦＭ）观察（００１）面和（１０１）解理面的结构，并结合晶体结构阐述了ＮＰＰ分子和晶体所具有的结构特征，以及这些结构特征对晶体形貌和生长习性所产生的影响。

In this paper,the growth of N-(4-nitrophentyl)-(L)-prolinol (NPP)crystal in several kinds of organic solvents were studied ,larger perfect single crystals havebeen obtained from acetone by evaperation and from tetrahydrofuran(THF)bylower-temperature method,respectively.The crystal morphology and themechanism of growth were analyzed according to the investigation on micros-radi-cals and crystal structure by using polarizing microscopy and atomic force mi-croscopy(AFM),the relations between the growth habits and structural propertieswere discussed.
