摘要
本文采用激光Raman光谱与IR光谱对Cr:KTP-K_6(K_6P_4O_(13))、KTP-K_6高温溶液淬冷后的玻璃体进行了研究,指出由于掺质Cr_2O_3引入KTP-K_6溶液,使溶液中的焦磷酸根向正磷酸根转化,从而提高了溶液的溶解度。利用高温溶液缓慢降温法生长了光学质量的Cr:KTP晶体,研究了晶体生长形态。讨论了晶体的生长机制。
In this paper thequenching glass of Cr: KTP-K_6 , KTP-K_6 in high temperature solution has been studied by using laser Raman and IR spectra. The results show that the transformation from pyrophosphate into orthophoshate has been impelled by Cr_2O_3. So that the solubility of solute has been increased. Solubility curve of Cr:KTP-K_6,KTP-K_6 solution has been determined by seed growth-solution weight method.Cr : KTP crystal of optical quality has been grown from high temperature solution by temperature slow dropping method. The crystal growth morphology has been studied.The growth mechanism of Cr:KTP crystal were discussed.
