摘要
本文详细叙述了采用提拉法生长Ｌｉ＿２Ｂ＿４Ｏ＿７晶体的原料制备和晶体生长工艺，研究并克服了晶体生长过程中出现的各种缺陷。测试了晶体的压电和声表面波性能，结果表明，Ｌｉ＿２Ｂ＿４Ｏ＿７刀；是一种优良的ＳＡＷ基片材料。
In this paper,the Li_2B_4O_7 crystal was grown by Czochralski method .The growth technology and the preparations of raw materials are described.The defects in crystal during growth were studied and elimaneted.The piezoelectric and SAW properties of crystal were measured.The results show that Li_2B_4O_7 crystal is a kind of good SAW substrate material.
